Submission Guidelines
We are interested in any kind of submission that conveys a passion for and sheds new light on West’s life and work. This may include but is by no means limited to:
- Articles about any aspect of West’s life, work and legacy
- New reviews of West’s writings
- Summaries of PhD thesis chapters about West
- Condensed conference papers about West
- Reports about archival work and new archival discoveries relating to West
- Reports about your experiences (and advice for) teaching West
- Creative responses to West’s life and work
- Accounts of reading group discussions about West’s writings
- Interviews, discussions and debates
Proposals
We advise that you contact us with your submission proposal before submitting.
Format and Word Count
Submissions should be no longer than 1,000 words, except in exceptional circumstances. Your submission should be easily digestible and readable for the general as well as the scholarly reader.
